I can't believe 2 years have passed since the Philippines' Master Rapper Francis Magalona passed away due to Leukemia. He was diagnosed with the Acute Myeloid Leukemia in August of 2008 and in March 6 of 2009, he finally succumbed to the disease. Yesterday, he was given a tribute by the Philippines' longest running noontime show Eat Bulaga and part of the hosts' tribute was to donate blood to the Philippine Red Cross. A truly remarkable gesture.

I didn't see the tribute but I've heard about it. I can still remember where I was when I heard news of FM's death - my then team and I were on a videoke spree so we stopped and we had to sing Kaleidescope World...
true. Eat bulaga also commemorated his death anniv :)
