I have been a member of Prize Live for quite some time now. But I must admit that I only log in to my account when I remember to. I only signed up for it as a favor for someone which explains why I am not too keen with the whole idea. That also explains why I have been able to pile up only 3 points completing simple tasks and posting in their forum.

Anyway, I logged in to my account the other day after I received a notification of a message in my PL inbox. Once I did, I saw that I have accumulated 3 points already and that I can exchange those points for PayPal funds. So that's what I did. I converted my points to cash and I received the $3.00 reward in my PayPal this morning.☺ Here's the proof:

Now I'm convinced that they really do pay. LOL! I hope this proof motivates me to be more diligent with PL. After all, a dollar is still a dollar and it can come a long way.☺

It was a beautiful day yesterday - the sun wasn't so scorching and although it drizzled a bit, it didn't rain hard. What better way to spend the day than go to Enchanted Kingdom and bond with the whole family. We were a big group, my small family and my SIL's family, so it was fun! The day didn't end on a happy note, though (my brother lost almost 50k in cash all thanks to a pickpocket!). But we're still thankful that we went home complete, no harm done to any member of the family (except for a wounded pocket!). He can always earn back what was stolen from him anyway. For the 1st time in months, I didn't think or worry about work. I was just my carefree self and it felt good!

How about you? How was your week/weekend? Hope you all had a blast.☺

Camwhore wannabe. LOL!

My SIL and I...yes, we look haggard.

There’s an ongoing construction near our house, again, and it’s taking its toll on me. There is not one morning where I wake up with an itchy nose. My allergies are acting up again and I’m really having a hard time dealing with it. It’s hard to get work done when you’re always sneezing and with watery eyes to boot!

I think I need a Trion Air Filter to cleanse the air inside our house. I know there are other air filters out in the market but I want a branded one even if it’s a bit more expensive because I know it wouldn’t give up on me in the long run. If it’s impossible to breathe in fresh air outdoors, I might as well invest on something that would make it possible for me to breathe in clean air while inside the house.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Toms of Maine. All opinions are 100% mine.

If there is one thing that every member of my family never outgrew, it would have to be love for sweets. Yes, until now, the sweet tooth is still in each and every one of us. It's a good thing, though, that we all know how to take care of our teeth otherwise we would be regular visitors to the dentist's.

There are many brands of toothpastes and other oral care products but if there's one brand we have tried that I can speak highly of, it would have to be the toothpastes and mouthwashes from Tom's Of Maine. It was my sister who sent me my first ever Fluoride-Free Antiplaque & Whitening Toothpaste from Tom's and since then, I have made it a point to order multi-packs from an online store.

Tom's recently launched the Wicked Fresh toothpaste which uses powerful natural flavor oils and a patent-pending botanical extract to provide long-lasting fresh breath. Of course, I had to try it and when I did, I felt as though there was a huge block of ice inside my mouth. My pearly whites became even more white and my breath stays fresh for hours on end. Some of my friends noticed my whiter teeth and they thought I had my teeth bleached. But it's all thanks to Tom's Wicked Fresh Toothpaste.

Incidentally, Tom's will be giving away Wicked Fresh prizes to people who can share their Wicked Fresh moments and experiences. Further details can be found here at the That's Wicked Fresh contest page. Last Monday, 20th December, was my parents' 41st anniversary. Yes, 41 years of wedded bliss with occasional bumps. But they faced all of it and made it through it all together. I know this post is kinda late but I have been busy these past couple of days with work and some family activities. After all, it has been almost 6 years since we last celebrated their anniversary together.

We were supposed to eat at Saisaki last Sunday for their pre-anniversary dinner but it was only open until 10PM and since we were sure we wouldn't be able to make it before then, we decided to just go to MOA and eat dinner at Super Bowl of China. It was packed to the rafters but fortunately, a family just left when we got there so there was already a table waiting for us.☺ There are no pictures because we were all hungry and we devoured the food we ordered as soon as they were set on the table!

On the exact day of their anniversary, my uncle invited us over to their house for a swimming party. I didn't swim, just took pictures of my nephew as he enjoyed playing in the pool.

Anyway, happy [belated] anniversary again to my dear parents. Love you both so much!

I am no beach bum and I don’t think I ever will be. There’s something about the ocean that scares and fascinates me at the same time but I must admit that the former overshadows the latter. To set the record straight, it is swimming in the beach that I don’t particularly enjoy. But I do enjoy walking along the shore or lounging near the beach while sipping a glass of pina colada and reading a romantic novel.

I can also have some of the night life which some beach resorts are famous for. I don’t drink but I know I would greatly enjoy the company before I go and retire to a cabana or a villa that’s utterly mine. Of course, I would want a villa that’s packed with wonderful amenities. A villa that’s pretty much like the villas in lanzarote which one of the most famous destinations in Canary Islands.

I would love to get away to that place soon. I think I need some r & r and a day (or two) spent on or near the beach is what I need. Now if only I can set my schedule straight and save enough money, I know I’d be able to hie off to Lanzarote and laze around in one of its villas.

Oh gawd! It's been such a long (and I mean L-O-N-G) since I last updated this blog. I have been very busy with my work that I barely have time to give my blogs a peek. The only reprieve I have allowed myself to is to play Facebook games when my mind goes blank. LOL!

My clients have been very active these days. I don't know if they're rushing because they're about to go on their respective Christmas breaks or if it's because of something else. I have just finished writing 8 400-word articles meant for SEO and since I still have about an hour left on me before I start preparing for a pre-anniversary dinner for my parents (their anniversary, their 41st, is actually on the 20th) later this evening, I decided to visit my blog. And boy! Did I miss it!

I so miss my routine before: working, blogging, Adgitizing and dropping ECs while Facebook-ing on the side. I hope I can get back to that routine soon although I would have to strategize in order to do that. LOL! With my writing job and my moonlighting as a Data Miner, I think I might have to hire a professional to help me out. Hahaha!

Anyway, I missed you all!♥

What is a NAS? NAS is the acronym of nas storage. It's a very important device because it removes the responsibility of file serving from other servers on the network. The past few years have seen a tremendous decrease in the prices of NAS so if you’re thinking of the best gift to give to friends, family and even yourself this holiday season, you might want to consider buying a NAS storage.
