4. When you're home alone, do you still close the door when you use the restroom? - No. 

5. Berleen told me that I have to ask a mean question. Tell us about a horrible memory. - I can sum it up in 2 words: my ex-boyfriend. Oh, is that 2 or words?

6. What are your plans for October? - Throw a welcome home party for my parents, visit relatives and shop til I drop.☺ 

7. Is there anyone that you regret ever meeting ? - Please refer to # 5.☺ 

8. You have 3 months left to live, what do you do? - Do everything in my bucket list.

9. You wake up in an unfamiliar place, what is your first reaction? - Look at my ring finger to check if I'm wearing a cheap wedding band. Need to make sure I wasn't drugged and dragged all the way to Vegas.

10. Your phone rings at 4am, just before you kill this person, who do you expect it would be? - Jc, a guy friend.

11. You're having a bad day, what one thing can make your day better? - Sleep? Yeah, I think I'll sleep the bad day through and hope that when I wake up, things would be better.

12. You are doing a meme written by the blogosphere's shadiest character. Is there anything else that you should be doing right now? - Hell no! I've waited the whole week for this!☺ 

13. If money were not a problem, (and it never is, right? Yes, I stole this f$%*ing question. Sue me.) where would you like to live? - My own city. Screw that. MY OWN COUNTRY, with my own set of rules and each city named after my loved ones.

Thursday Thunks: Do Elephants Come With a GPS Installed? 

10. What number blog post is this for you? - 415th. I moved some of my older posts to my other blogs.

9. You are driving down a road and your GPS says turn right, but the road has a Dead End sign. You check your GPS and according to it's map, there is a road at the end of the Dead End road that you need to turn onto. Do you follow the GPS? - I don't drive so I don't need a GPS now, do I?.☺

8. If you had a $2 bill, would you spend it? - No! I'd frame it for posterity's sake.☺

7. When there is nobody else around and you sneeze or cough, do you cover your mouth? - Of course. You don't forgo good manners just because no one is around.

6. You are a DJ at a radio station and your first guest is Bud... what is the first question you are going to ask him? - How's the tequila Bud?☺

5. Have you ever stopped to help a stranger with a flat tire? - No. I don't even know how to drive so how the heck am I supposed to know how to change a flat tire?

4. You get on an airplane and you find that your seat neighbor is Kimber... what do you talk about or do you ignore her completely? - I don't know Kimber (I think) so I guess I'd devote my time on the book I'm reading. My mom said never to talk to strangers.

3. Have you ever rode an elephant? - No and I wouldn't dare dream to.

2. Time to bitch & moan! What is your biggest complaint about your current friends on Facebook? - It's not really a complain and I'm sure some of you would agree on this: I hope friends would ask permission first before they start tagging you for stuff which you're totally clueless about.

1. School is back in session for all little girls and boys now. What, in your life, changes when kids go back to school? - I don't have kids so...NOTHING!☺

Thursday Thunks: You've Got Mail

1. From whom did you get your last e-mail? - One of my clients telling me he's about to submit the 12 articles I wrote for him (thank goodness! I'm getting paid!) and to get ready for more work (ugh!).

2. What is the most recent movie that you have seen in a theater? - Night at the Museum 2. LOL! Seriously. I'd rather watch DVDs at home. 

3. Have you ever seen a ghost? - Yes.

4. Ever loved someone so much it made you cry? - Hell yes!

5. What are you most afraid of? - Growing old alone and miserable.

6. What do you do when you are bored? - When I'm not doing anything with my laptop, I'd be tinkering with my cell phone.

7. Other than the author of this mess of a meme, whose blog are you most curious to see their answers? - Bud's ☺

8. Name three thing from your bucket list. - 1) Travel alone; 2) Try skywalking; 3) Get married? LOL!

9. Who was the last person who complimented you on how you looked, that actually was a surprise? - My sister. Hahaha!

10. Do you remember Berleen? - No. But I do remember Berlin the group that sang Take My Breath Away. LOL!

11. What was the last concert that you attended where the band was much better than you imagined? - I don't attend concerts. Seriously.

12. What’s the next band you’re either planning to see or want to? - Please refer to # 11.☺

13. What were the last things do you imagine that Kimber threw off the roof? - A cat?!

1. Have you ever wondered why snakes can't slither backwards? - No. I really don't care much about snakes. Period.

2. Is divorce contagious? - I don't think so. But if you think it is, save yourself from contracting the "disease" - DON'T GET MARRIED!

3. Do you enjoy hiking? - Kill me but I'm not much of a nature tripper.

4. Is there a color of a shirt a man should just never wear? - Green. Why? Because I don't like the color much.

5. Have you read a news story this week that just made your blood boil? - I live in the Philippines. Everything in the news is enough to make everyone's blood boil.

6. Do you keep old business cards or name tags from companies you have worked for? - Nah. Once I leave a company, there's no looking back.

7. If you could save an endangered species, which one would it be? - Turtles. I really don't know why, they're just the first ones that came to mind. I guess I'm thinking that they're needed to balance out the ecosystem so it would be great to save them.

8. When is it warm enough outside for you to start wearing shorts? - Everyday is warm enough in the Philippines so whether I'm going to the mall or running errands, I wear shorts.

9. Have you ever broken a window? - Not accidentally. I had to break it so I can go inside the house because I left my house keys inside and my dear brother decided to go out of town on a whim and locked the house with his set of keys.

10. Do dogs in your neighborhood howl when they hear sirens from police cars or fire trucks? - They do. In fact, they howl for no particular reason at all. It makes me think they're just out there to annoy me.

11. Have you tried doing something as an adult that you used to be able to do as a kid? - Yup...sleep in almost everyday. LOL! Even if I set my alarm, I always wake up late out of want.

 So, off we got to my 2nd official entry as a TT participant.

Driver's Ed. Demon #1 is taking it right now. Did you pass your driver's test the first time you took it? - I have never taken one nor will I ever. I don't want to end up in something like this:

You are sitting outside on your deck in your comfy lawn chair, feet are up and the temp outside is perfect. There are no bugs to bite you and ruin the night... it's peaceful and all you can hear is the birds singing and an occasional cricket. Whats in your hand? - A very good book.

How many graduation parties and weddings do you have to attend this summer? Ok.. how many are you invited to? - None.☺ Which is good actually. I wouldn't have to buy a new dress, right?

There is no other choice in the matter - you must transform into a different race, but the catch is that you get to pick which race. What will you now be? - Latin American.

Someone once said that the grass isn't greener on the other side... are you jealous of your neighbor's lawn? - No because they don't have one!

Bud is walking along a beach barefooted and steps on a piece of glass buried deep in the sand. His foot is bleeding... does he cry, swear or stomp around on his other foot? - He does all 3 but not in that order. First he swears, then he stomps around on his other foot, then he cries after realizing what a fool he is.

I'm gonna take you fishing... are you going to be a whiney baby and not bait your own hook and when you catch a fish am I gonna have to take it off the hook for you? - Definitely! I'm not a big fan of creepy crawly thingies anyway so you'd definitely have to bait my hook for me.

From a Facebook friend: When asked what would you bring with you to a deserted island, why doesn't anyone answer "a boat"? - Because he already has one. How else could he have gotten on that deserted island if he didn't have a boat, right? But then again he could have been a victim of a plane crash. In that case, he can build a boat from the woods he'll find in the island.

Hamburger buns - sesame seeds or not? - No sesame seeds, please.

This is my first time to join Thursday Thunks and I'm pretty excited. There is another Thursday meme which I try to join as regularly as possible but I have decided to post my entries for that meme on my youngest blog since it needs to be introduced to the blogosphere as of yet. Anyway, I have decided to make this blog the regular home of Thursday Thunk entries from this point forward. *keeping my fingers crossed that I can post TT entries weekly*

So...here are my answers:

1. When was the last time that you made an excuse for not doing something that you shouldn't have agreed to do in the first place?

* Last February. I distinctly remember it. I agreed to submit something to my client but I knew I shouldn't have committed to it because I was supposed to go some place that day.

2. Without identifying the person, is there someone in your life that you'd like to shake some sense into?

* Yes. At her age she still doesn't know how to prioritize her expenses.

3. Did you ever really care if Tiger Woods cheated on his wife?

* Frankly, no. Tiger Woods doesn't know me so why the heck would my opinion matter to him, right? So I couldn't care less.

4. Did you watch the last episode of LOST? What did you think happened?

* No. I have never even seen a single episode of it.

5. If your dining room china was made in Mexico, why is it still called china?

* I guess 'cause it's where the china wares feel most comfortable sitting on?

6. Tell us about your favorite movie of all time.

* It would have to be Serendipity with John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale. It's about kismet. Fate. Soul mates. Hey, I'm a hopeless romantic...so sue me.☺

7. Do you think it's fair to get thrown out of a meme?

* I guess so. I mean after spending a considerable amount of time posting, answering, linking, commenting on a regular basis only to get thrown out? That would be foul.

8. Berleen lives in Minnesota and Kimber in Arizona. If they were to meet halfway, where would they meet?

* I dunno...I have no idea. Uhm, Oklahoma?

9. What do you think of heterosexual marriage?

* Isn't it the only legal form of marriage? Union between men and women? If I'm correct then I'm all for it.

10. What would you change about your life if you had just one wish?

* My height? LOL!

11. How pissed are you that we posted late?

* No problem with it. Honest.

12. Tell us about a recent great day.

* That would have to be last Monday when my 3-year old nephew came home after a 4-day vacation.

13. When was the last time that you juggled?

* I don't even know how to...
